In just a moment, we will kick off our dance- and song-filled Csángó Festival in Toruń. This event, deeply rooted in Polish-Hungarian friendship, is organized in the spirit of cultivating culture, reviving traditions, and above all, enjoying the here and now with other people.
The festival will take place on October 11-12 at Osada Barbarka at 13 Przysiecka Street. To warm up, one day of the festival will be organized in Krakow on October 10. What can you expect in Toruń? All the best: dance workshops under the guidance of experienced teachers, soul-soothing concerts performed by the most distinguished artists from Poland, Hungary, and Ukraine, tasting regional cuisine, an ethnobotanical workshop with PhD Sara Orzechowska – ethnobotanist, herbalist, and folklorist. There will also be attractions for children. Our Festival is a great opportunity for the youngest to spend their time in a healthy and active way, as well as to develop a spirit of ecology, international equality, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Those thirsty for thrills will join us on a rafting trip down the Vistula River, and for the persistent, there will be a crazy night dance party.
We operate with particular attention to human well-being and respect for nature. We have fun in the bosom of nature, without artificial sound systems or air conditioning. Here you will find only healthy products and dishes, without toxic chemicals. We prefer land-based public transport, carpooling, as well as cycling and walking. We are open to guests with special needs.

What do we need?
- support for tasting local products – covering the costs of preparing food tastings by local producers, rural women’s clubs, etc.; presentation of culinary heritage;
- funding souvenirs for guests from abroad, e.g., Toruń gingerbread cookies, Krakow obwarzanki;
- providing additional attractions for artists coming to the Czango Festival;
- financial support to cover the costs of transport, artists’ fees, and organizational costs.
Offer for volunteers
We are happy to invite experienced volunteers, as well as those who decide to volunteer for the first time, who want to do an internship or work placement. We have started recruitment!

- who will take responsibility for the tasks entrusted to them;
- available for at least one day of the Festival (October 11 or 12, 2025).
After completing the internship, there is a possibility of further cooperation with the Foundation on subsequent
projects.
